arrival day!

Finally, the start of another Pride at the Dragon event is upon us! When you arrive at Buffalo Trail Cabins, check in to your lodging accommodation, and go find some friends to hang out with. There is no event check-in, so get straight to the fun. We’re excited you could make it!

August 15

Back of the Dragon/BOTD store hangout

10:00am - up to you

Time to drive the road we all came to see! We’ll start with coffee at the BOTD brewery and hop in the cars for a ride down the Back of the Dragon. Stay down in Marion for lunch and shopping afterward, or join the bulk of us in heading back up the road to hang out and enjoy food and beer at the BOTD store.

9:00 am - 4:00 pm

It’s your time, baby! Do what you will with this day in the beautiful Appalachian mountains of West Virginia. Some suggestions on what to do:

Come play pool, build Lego sets, and eat snacks at Tati and Red’s cabin. BYOB.
Rent ATVs from Crazy Mountain Cycles and enjoy the local trails with some friends (call Mark directly to avoid paying online booking fees).
Sleep. Precious sleep.

7:00 PM - 11:00 pM

Join us at Crossroads Social House for dinner and games. This event includes food, free bowling (with shoe rental), and laser tag! The social house also features arcade games, a trampoline playground, restaurant/bar, and more.

To help ensure we can pay for the room, there is an additional $30 cost for this per person.

Drag night at 7 sisters brewery

Local brewery, 7 Sisters, is having their monthly drag night tonight. They’re excited to have us for libations and some good queer fun! Bring dollar bills to tip the dolls!
